Refund Policy

Due to copyright protection dp-Photostock does not accept refunds for downloaded images.

If you have any technical problem justified by the impossibility to download the file after payment, dp-PhotoStock will contact you to facilitate the download through a different downloading method.

If, due to an indexing error, the downloaded image does not match the preview on the product page, dp-PhotoStock will send you the corresponding image free of charge. You would have the right to use both the wrong download image and the correct image that we have sent you with the license type associated to the purchase for both images.

If you inform us that you have not been able to receive the image by any of the proposed ways for downloading, dp-PhotoStock would assess whether the refund is appropriate and would do it as soon as possible.
